Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and federal holidays.
During product launches, markets, or holiday seasons, processing times may be extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you via the email provided with your order.
Shipping locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, destination, and the shipping method selected. Any free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

After your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and destination.
Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Elysianyx Candle Co. is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Elysianyx Candle Co. is not responsible for lost packages, delayed deliveries, or additional shipping charges incurred due to address errors.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

If a package is lost during transit, please contact us so we can work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the matter.
Heat advisory
Our candles are made with natural soy wax, which may soften or melt during periods of extreme heat, including the Texas summer.
We recommend monitoring your tracking information and bringing your package indoors as soon as possible after delivery. Minor cosmetic changes caused by heat generally do not affect the candle's performance.
